This man has stepped up to do the work and provide leadership and bring the community together to deal with the problems tied up with street people and homelessness. His daily rounds in and around the strip that borders the highway in Duncan, cleaning up after folks who are careless about what they leave in their trail. Will deserves a round of applause.
